Therapy is an investment.

Your child(ren)will thank you.

(Well maybe not outloud, or ever. But YOU will thank you.)

What Therapy is…

Therapy is a process and it’s slow. For someone who is always on the go, it can sometimes feel like trudging through molasses as you want to see everything change fast. You will feel confused, frustrated, even downright shitty. You might wonder how you got here and how it is ever going to be any different.

And if you stick with it. If you are willing to allow yourself to go to the places that are unknown and unfamiliar you just might see how worthy, and lovable, and ENOUGH you are underneath all the layers of capability and effort that you have worked so hard for.

What Therapy is NOT…

Therapy is not a walk in the park. It’s not easy and it’s not just for the mamas who wear their hearts on their sleeves. It’s for the mom who keeps it all together, all the time. You know the one who makes it all look so easy while inside she is completely falling apart? It’s especially for her.

Therapy isn’t cheap. It’s an investment that will benefit you for a lifetime, but you have to commit. Commit your time, your heart, your hope, and your trust; in yourself and in the process.

Insurance:

I am an out of network provider for insurance panels. I am happy to provide a monthly superbill so that you can seek reimbursement if your insurance provider covers a portion of your out-of-network care. HMO’s do not provide reimbursement for out of network, but PPO providers often cover 60-80% of the cost depending on your specific plan.
